Raquel, the brainy Spanish Siren is an interdisciplinary artist who currently resides in New York City; where she develops her own original work as a performer/writer, as well as being an actor for theatre, film and television. As an instructor and vice president as Catalyst Management she develops kids and teens for the professional acting industry.

With La Mama Theatre Company she will be workshopping her play The Hopefulness in Italy this August for the 2008 Playwriting Retreat.

Look out for Raquel in the film Papi Chulo that recently screened at Cannes Film Fest and the upcoming HBO Latino Film Festival.

Her solo piece She Wolves was featured in the New York International Fringe Festival….and take a peek at other projects mixing in the laboratory.
